Uncool

Toby knows that he can lie to his mothers face and get away with it. In the end of this chapter he takes advantage of it, and gets out of a suspension, and all sorts of other trouble. I think that the chapter title is called "Uncool" because  of the vandalism and underage acts that Toby commits, such as: the foul language on the bathroom wall, smoking, vandalizing cars, and throwing eggs
