So far

So far in the book we have met five guys who liked mom and all of them seem to be either a bad influence on jack or just using jack to get with his mother. When I first heard about Dwight I thought he would be different but it seemed over time he's just a bad guy and all he wants is to get dirty with jacks mom. Jack needs a real father figure who can teach him respect and honesty and those are two big things jack is lacking of. I think it's time for jacks mom to be real and really think out choices before she does them.
