Toby seems be doing a lot of bad things and I think his friends and mom aren't helping him any. His friends seem to encourage bad things but his mom doesn't punish him like she doesn't care. It's almost as bad as encouraging the bad things like his friends are doing. I think Toby should go to military school. He should also mature up and the only way that's going to happen is for him to get rid of those friends. And find new ones who will lead him in the right direction.
